The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge opened in 2016 as a modern youth baseball complex designed for tournaments, training, and team events in the Smoky Mountains. The facility features multiple synthetic turf fields built to resemble iconic Major League ballparks, along with modern training spaces and scenic mountain backdrops. It was created to give teams a high-quality destination for competitive play and now hosts events throughout the year for players and families visiting Pigeon Forge.
