Elegant Elite Estate serves as the community's primary gathering property, accommodating up to 40 guests across 12 private bedrooms. Dollywood Delights adds two nearby bedrooms and space for seven additional guests, bringing the total community capacity to 47.

Groups may reserve both properties together or choose the accommodation that best fits their size.

Mountain Top offers a balance of mountain surroundings and convenient access to Gatlinburg. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown, the community is close to restaurants, attractions, shopping, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Cabins range from one to six bedrooms, allowing groups to create a combination that matches their size. Sweet Escape and Hidden Gem Masterpiece provide the largest kitchens and dining spaces, making them useful as central gathering locations for meals, meetings, retreats, and catered events.

The community provides parking for more than 15 vehicles, with spaces near each cabin. All six properties are located close together, making it easy for guests to move between accommodations.

Bluff Mountain is best suited to groups that value privacy, outdoor space, and elevated mountain views. The setting is quieter and more secluded than communities located closer to major attractions.

The cabins remain within driving distance of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, although the roads are longer and more mountainous. Each property includes indoor gathering areas, outdoor decks, and private recreation spaces.

Sojourn Lodging gives each household its own private tiny home within a walkable mountain village. Guests can enjoy separate bathrooms, kitchenettes, sleeping areas, and living spaces while remaining close to the rest of the group.

With 37 tiny homes and accommodations for more than 120 guests, the property is well suited for reunions, retreats, weddings, church groups, and large gatherings.
