  Countryside Comfort

  We really enjoyed our stay there. The only complaints I have is the top plug in didn't seem to work in one of the downstairs bathroom, the one with the 2 sinks in it. Luckily, there was another plug in but, it was all the way down underneath the sink. They could have stalk the coffee and snacks better in the kitchen and the pool water was dark looking due to air getting in somehow but, was okay to swim in. Overall, we had a great time and everything was pretty good. The place was clean and if you had a question or needed something, they would write back pretty fast which was great.

  Heavenly Heights

  A week in Paradise

  We stayed here for our family vacation. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 child. The view was incredible. High up on the mountain. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Very clean cabin, especially the pool and hot tub. Had a bear visit us every day. Great fire pit, had a bonfire every night. We would definitely rent this place again.

  Serene Mountain Retreat

  Very peaceful. Perfect if you want the true mountain stay. We even got to see a bear two days while there. It is quite a drive up the mountain with many turns and twists. It wasn’t awful, but just prepare yourself for the drive. It is totally worth it! The other cabins are also on the same small land area and has a community feel but not too close. I liked how the area sits a little off the main road. I believe the photos and videos are a bit older because we were expecting a view from the built on extra deck but the trees were overgrown and blocked the view from there. The view was still great from the cabin porches though.

  Heavenly Heights

  There are a lot of things you need to improve for guests to enjoy this vacation house.1. Cleanliness - bathrooms are not cleaned, floors are not mopped2. You need to keep some seasons (at least salt)3. You need to keep more garbage bags in the kitchen4. Grill machine was not cleaned properly & the area is not cleaned properlyIf you could take care of these matters next guests will be more happy about the property& your service.Thanks

  Skyview Serenity

  Family time

  We just wanted to get away and relax and enjoy family time with the kids and grandkids. I loved the fact that the pool had a code to get in because we had small children. The grands really enjoyed the pool, theater room, pool table and games. We saw bears from the balconies and had a few cook outs. The only thing was aggravating was the condensation from the air conditioner dripping on the kitchen floor causing my 2 grand boys to slip and fall. Which they got right back up and took off again. Good idea to if you do have small children may want a gate for the stairs.

  The views from the cabin were beautiful and breathtaking! The beds were very comfortable! The hosts were very responsive. There was an issue and the issue was worked on right away! Excellent customer service! Would stay at any location hosted by them!

  Elevated Escape

  This cabin accommodated our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) quite well and everyone felt at home and had plenty of space. Everything was perfect including the location, the road leading to the cabin, and the amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

  Serene Mountain Retreat

  Everything was perfect! The cabin came equipped with any and everything that you and family may need during your stay! We were very comfortable and the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi! Oh and we ALL enjoyed our visits from our friendly bear friend! The view of pigeon forge was beautiful from the cabin at night. We will return soon! We absolutely loved this cabin! S’mores by the camp fire was one of our fave night time activities!

  Sweet Escape

  We enjoyed our stay here! This was a spontaneous last minute trip for us, we just wanted to get away as a family and have some bonding time. This cabin had everything we needed to do just that. There was something for every one of us the kids loved all the games and the outside playground, the adults loved the pool and pool table. We had zero issues the company was as responsive and so polite if there was an issue they had it fixed immediately. The only thing we could even think to complain about but not big deals for us is down the road were a group of dogs that barked all night long and you could hear them in the cabin and then we were unable to play golf due to no balls and the karaoke mics kept going in and out. Other than those minor issues we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will 100% be back! This has become our over favorite cabin we have stayed in. Thank you Ghosal Lodging for everything!

  We loved the views on this property. The house was also very beautiful and very comfortable. I would stay again and again! We also got to see a bear. He came and seen us a few times on our stay. Loved that experience!

  Place was pretty and clean. We booked this place because of the indoor heated pool. We were disappointed upon our arrival that the pool pump needed replaced. The pool never warmed up and the water didn’t circulate until the night before we left. We never got to utilize it because it was sooo cold.

  Tranquil Mountain Getaway

  Check in code sent at the exact specified time and easy to enter the home. Beautiful clean cabin with nice views of the mountains from the back porch. Our kids loved the pool, arcade games, and movie theater the most. Host was responsive throughout our stay, including a FYI safety message that a bear was spotted in the area. Clear and easy check out instructions. We brought our golden retriever. All the cabins we saw in the area, including this one, are built on hillsides so there is not a lot of room for larger pets to go to the bathroom. That being said, our dog didn't have issues; however, this may be an issue for someone elses pet. Overall great location in the woods only minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We would not hesitate to book with this host or cabins in the future.

  Heavenly Heights

  The experience was above our expectations! Wonderful property, 360 degree nature all around, the views were amazing and the cabin had everything the family needed to make the journey a success. Do prepare yourself for the trek up the mountain, but once you are there you will never want to leave. If you get the chance to stay here in the summer months, do yourself a favor and get up around 5:00 am and watch the sunrise! It is awe inspiring!

  This place is amazing, The pool was our favorite along with the hot tub. The bedrooms are clean along with bathrooms, beds were very comfy to us. I would stay here again !

  Perfect Getaway

  This cabin was everything we were hoping for and more. Whether you're looking for relaxation, an outdoor adventure or to simply enjoy some quality time with the family, this cabin has it all. Perfect location; far enough away from the craziness but close enough to go out and enjoy. Check in/check out was easy and the property managers were wonderful. I highly recommend!
