  The Great Escape

  Overall we enjoyed our trip and our stay in the cabin. The games, pool, hot tub and firepit kept us and our 7 year old entertained. The issues we had were mainly around comfort and convenience. These things didn't change our overall experience but could've gone a long way to enhance it. First was the shortage of USB charging ports. There were a total of 3 or 4 in the house and they were in the table lamps. Only one of them was on the main floor. This made charging electronics aggravating because we had to either move a lamp or charge our electronics in different rooms and on both floors. My suggestion would be to convert some of the wall outlets to 120V and USB combos. The other comfort inconvenience was the inability to adjust the thermostat above 72 degrees. We had temps in the low 20s and 72 didn't keep the house warm especially the upstairs because it is so open and airy. I get that this is a rental and intended to be profitable but limiting the thermostat to a 4 degree swing, no lower than 68 cooling and no higher than 72 heating, seems extreme. We were never truly comfortable inside the house when it came to the temperature. Lastly, the instructions for departure that were on the fridge were different than the instructions provided via text e.g. the instructions in the house said to place all bedding and linens in the bathtub while the instructions via text said to leave bed linens on the bed. We had already followed the cabin instructions on the fridge so who knows....

  Hidden Gem Masterpiece

  "We recently rented this property for my daughter’s engagement weekend, and it was the perfect setting for such a special milestone. The home was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.What really stood out was how many activities were available on-site; there was enough to keep everyone in our group entertained throughout the entire stay.A huge thank you to the management team as well—they were remarkably attentive and responded within minutes whenever we had a question. Their support made our celebration feel seamless and stress-free. We enjoyed our time so much that we are already planning to come back soon!L

  Escape to Elegance

  Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool, the hot tub and enjoyed the theatre room. The house is very accommodating and comfortable. One suggestion is to update the mattress & blankets for the sleeper sofas. Nice location away from it all but not too far from activities and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

  Enchanted Forest Hideaway

  This cabin has everything you need and more. Perfectly situated in a quiet area outside of the busy area with all the peace and privacy you need, but close enough to get to all the activities, stores, and restaurants with just a short drive. You can't beat having your own personal pool, hot tub, pool table, arcade games, home theater, etc. Plenty to do inside and outside of the cabin. Hosts are also very proactive in communication and provide great local recommendations for anything you need. Would love to stay here again!

  The Great Escape

  Honestly it was the perfect place! We got this for my son and nephews birthday and we all went as a family and loved the game room/movie room/pool because we didn’t have to go anywhere else which made life easier on parents and we all had so much fun! It was peaceful and one of my favorite places so far!

  Tranquil Mountain Getaway

  My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. House was clean on arrival and looked even better than the pictures. Kids loved the pool and video games. The house is close to downtown Gatlinburg and area attractions. There was one tiny maintenance problem during our stay, and the host had it fixed promptly! We enjoyed staying here and would again.

  Countryside Comfort

  We had an amazing time for our family vacation. The whole place was accommodating for everyone in our group. There was enough space and privacy for all. The en-suite restrooms were the perfect fit for us. The pool table, hot tub and pool was an amazing addition we truly enjoyed also. The host was very helpful and assisted with any needs we had. They also had some good recommendations for the area for us to try. Overall it was a great stay and will keep this place in mind if we were to return to the area in the future.

  Rustic Mountain Retreat

  Overall, our stay had some positives, but also a major issue that would make me think twice about returning.The cabin itself was very nice—spacious, clean inside, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, and the kids really enjoyed them during our stay. The host also communicated well and was responsive when I raised concerns, which I appreciated.However, the biggest downside was the condition of the grounds. There was a lot of trash and litter around the property. I’ve stayed at many cabins and vacation rentals before and have never seen that much trash around the premises. The host did send someone out on our last day to clean up the trash in the back, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it was something we had to look at for most of the stay.While the inside of the cabin was nice and comfortable, the outside grounds really need better upkeep. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

  Dollywood Delights

  Cleanliness is an absolute concern with this unit. The downstairs/master shower was covered in a large amount of hair all over the walls and the floor was slimy. There were giant ants all over the unit. And my kids are now covered in a rash from either the pool or the hot tub. The pool toys were all broken/non functional and the pool is advertised as heated which isn’t true. The water was 70 degrees. The unit is much smaller than pictures show. It’s hard to play pool in the upstairs game area because the pool sticks will hit the walls or windows. And there is no indoor seating for eating. The “view” is atrocious….the decks look directly out to a yard filled with wood and debris and a giant trash dumpster where people pull up randomly throughout the night and appear to illegally dump trash. Trash was piled all over the ground and around the dumpster.

  Escape to Elegance

  Absolutely NOT FOR A FAMILY!! Amenities are GREAT for a young couple who wants to party alot , there's no living room, the loft up stairs is small and not comfortable, furniture is like office furniture threw out the house. The other beds that sleep 4, are matress a inch thick on fold out love sleep and have seen better days, kitchen chairs are like waiting room chairs. I dont mean for this to be a bad review,more of a warning to familes who want a cozy feeling or to just to relax , NOT kid friendly at all! My older in age mother went with us and for her to sit comfortably she sat in rocking chairs outside. Lots of stairs.

  Definitely get this place or another by this team of people! 100000/10 there was so much to do here and so many places to see! We loved the Mountain View’s while driving everywhere!!! Definitely a place for the bucket list! The host was fantastic and the place was clean and tidy! Loved all the amenities they had!!!!

  Hidden Gem Masterpiece

  We checked out at 7:30 am this morning. I just wanted you to know how dirty your property was. We found mice poop on 3 beds,on the towels in bathroom, steps and on the top of cupboards. Last night opening silverware drawer a cockroach was in there. Table lights in bedrooms had bad bulbs and wasn’t put together. Pillow case had a pimple patch that had pus and blood on it, no way sheets had been washed, garbage around the house, in pool area uninflated pool toys all in a pile along with garbage from pool toys along with broken toys. Stickers on wall of play area, Several broken chairs, ice makers broke, dish washer would take twice running and the water wouldn’t drain out completely. Floors had hair and dirt could have not been swept or mopped. Outdoor furniture was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. Popcorn machine handle was broke, Pac-Man machine joy stick was not working correctly, pillows on coaches are stained and so dirty I played them on the floor because I didn’t want anyone

  Sweet Escape

  We had a great stay overall! The place was very kid-friendly, which made traveling with our family so much easier and more enjoyable. The space was comfortable and worked well for us. There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the host responded quickly and took care of everything right away. We really appreciated the fast communication and willingness to help. Because of that, our experience remained positive, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
